Obadius, (fka EMOX) is a passionate self-taught DJ, producer and electronic music enthusiast hailing from Tehran, Iran. He started his musical journey at the age of 17; upon moving to Kuala Lumpur in 2008 he decided to focus more on DJing and started making his mixtapes which were very soon well received by his peers. Since then his bookings have grown from strength to strength and he’s been one of the regualar DJs playing for top venues in Kuala Lumpur including Nagaba, Pisco Bar, COMO, RedRoom, Calavera, Elysium, LaBodega, BAIT, Frisky and many more. His unique sound and technical abilities has allowed him to share the decks with international artists such as Kate Simko (US), SevenDoors (UK), Alle Farben (GER), MOWE (AUT) just to name a few.
JonnyVicious, a young and mischievous disc jockey who credits his musical intelligence to everything he’s heard since the age of zygote. A creature that evolved in an environment led by the foundation of curiosity and laughter. Intuitive and diverse, he enjoys mixing in sounds of far and wide, adding in the bells of religious controversy and food. He lives, breathes, and has been enslaved by the rhythmic power of making rooms full of earthlings move spastically. He is one with earth and earth is one with him.
Alam, since the beginning his career 15 years ago, Alam has held up residencies at most of the major venues around town, including Kuala Lumpur’s premier underground club; The Backroom*KL, while making guest appearances at the legendary Zouk Club, Echo Bar and Ministry of Sound. During this period, Alam established himself as a reputable DJ, expanding his creative boundaries with numerous tours around the regional states to international cities, playing at the Full Moon Party in Koh Phangan (Thailand), and featured a guest slot at the infamous Stadium and Embassy Club in Jakarta (Indonesia).
Sound Love Affair - Kutty, is comprised of an eclectic mix DJ’s duo who are committed to tantalise their audience with more than just their music. From deep house to underground techno, they are dedicated to delivering an experience – exciting the senses with experimental visuals and designs, textural soundscapes and digital innovation. Kutty draws inspiration from his idol Le Corbusier, design work of Braun and lives through life enjoying small pleasure like a great bowl of curry.
OtherKind, Hailing from Tehran, Otherkind is an exciting DJ with 13 years of underground experience under his belt. Having mastered the art of playing the Tumbak, a percution instument specifc to Iran, allows him to incorporate a specifc style to his DJ sets, playful and solid and at the same time smooth and melodic. Breezing through music genres Otherkind's focus is on deep house and techno and his journey is uplifting , sensible and epic.
